Hello, I’m Ashraf welcome. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I want to honour the courage it takes to take this step. I’m an integrative counsellor offering both face to face and online therapy in a calm, confidential, and supportive space where you can bring whatever feels important for you.
I approach therapy with warmth, understanding, and genuine curiosity. I aim to be intuitive and thoughtful in the way I listen and respond, and I work hard to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself. Clients often share that they appreciate the depth and care of our work together, and I hold that trust with real respect. My work is integrative, shaped around you rather than a single model. At the heart of my practice is a person centred philosophy, supported by Gestalt therapy and psychodynamic ideas. Together, we explore your present moment experience while also understanding how past relationships and experiences may influence the patterns you’re living with today.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with their ethical framework to ensure therapy is safe, respectful, and professionally grounded.
My work is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches to create something tailored to you and your needs, rather than following a single model.
At the core of my practice is a person centred philosophy. This means I offer a warm, non judgemental space where you set the pace, and where your experiences and feelings are treated with genuine respect. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you.
Gestalt ideas help us focus on your present‑moment experience what you’re feeling, thinking, and noticing right now. This awareness can bring clarity and insight, and help you respond to life’s challenges in new and more grounded ways.
Drawing on psychodynamic thinking allows us to gently explore how past relationships and experiences may be shaping the patterns you’re living with today. Understanding these connections can be a powerful step toward meaningful change.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from many different walks of life. My practice is fully inclusive, welcoming individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, identities, and neurological experiences. I also support clients who speak Urdu or Mirpuri Punjabi alongside English.

I offer a free 15 minute introductory call so you can get a sense of who I am and how I work. It’s a relaxed conversation where you can share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions you may have.
Finding the right therapist is important and I completely understand if you decide I’m not the right fit. This call is simply a chance to see what feels right for you.
