I offer integrative counselling tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re looking for face to face sessions, online support, or therapy that’s sensitive to your cultural background or neurological experience, I’m here to help. Below you’ll find an overview of the support I provide.
A one‑to‑one space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a calm and supportive environment. Sessions are 50 minutes long and can take place face to face or online, whichever suits you best. Therapy is paced around your needs and together we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you.
Flexible, accessible support from the comfort of your own home. Online sessions take place via a secure video platform, offering the same depth and care as face to face work. This option is ideal if you have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or simply prefer the comfort of your own space.
Gentle, age‑appropriate sessions for young people navigating school, friendships, identity or family challenges. I adapt my approach to meet each young person where they are, creating a safe space where they feel heard and respected.
Therapy for adults facing emotional, relational or life‑based challenges. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety or relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. I offer a calm and confidential space to explore what’s going on and find a way forward.
A reflective space for those exploring transitions, loss, identity shifts, or long‑held patterns. Later life can bring its own unique challenges retirement, bereavement, changing roles, or simply a desire to make sense of your experiences. Therapy offers a place to reflect, process, and find renewed meaning.
Inclusive therapy for clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, including those who speak Urdu or Mirpuri Punjabi alongside English. I understand that culture shapes how we experience the world and I welcome you to bring your cultural identity, values and language into the therapy room.
Support tailored for clients neurological differences. My approach is affirming, meaning I work with you to understand your experience on your own terms rather than viewing neurodivergence as something that needs to be fixed.

Yes. What you share in therapy stays between us. There are very rare exceptions to this for example, if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else and I would always try to discuss this with you first. I work within the BACP Ethical Framework, which prioritises your safety and privacy.
